Welcome!

Welcome to the Center for Integrative Health. We promote holistic healing of body and mind, offering a range of services including psychotherapy, massage therapy, yoga, therapeutic movement, life coaching, and energy work.  We also seek to create an inclusive and expansive community for mental and physical health practitioners, offering trainings, consultations and creative opportunities for enriching encounters.

Our Mission Statement:

Our Center offers state-of-the-art treatment to facilitate holistic healing of mind and body, with a particular focus on transforming the aftermath of chronic trauma to personal thriving and resilience.  In addition to treating individuals, we seek to raise community awareness of the systemic impact of trauma and offer diverse trainings and resources in the treatment of trauma for mental health and non-mental health professionals.

Our Ethos:

Deep connection with others and access to enriching communities are vital for healing and growth, for patients and practitioners alike.  We believe that each individual possesses inborn capacities for healing and flourishing awaiting the right emotional and relational conditions to release them.  We strive to tailor interventions to respond to the unique needs of each individual, thereby maximizing therapeutic effectiveness on a case-by-case basis.

The healing arts derive from many cultures' rich traditions and represent collective wisdom that has been cultivated and tended for centuries.  While some of these practices have had the opportunity to be examined and validated under scientific rigor, many have not yet had that chance.  We recognize the value of both in the realm of human growth and healing.

CIH, LLC is a collective of practitioners who are engaged in independent practices. While we share space, share ideas, and, at times, collaborate with each other, we are not a program, a clinic or a medical facility. We each maintain separate practices and are each responsible, as individuals, for all aspects of our practice (i.e. scheduling, billing, process, treatment decisions).
