​Julie Püttgen is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and Registered Expressive Arts Therapist (REAT) with specializations in Somatic and Expressive Therapies. A graduate of Yale University (BA, Studio Art), Georgia State University (MFA, Drawing, Painting & Printmaking), and Goddard College (MA, Clinical Mental Health Counseling), she is also an artist who facilitates retreats and programs exploring the intersections of Art and Dharma. She is a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) and SoulCollage® Facilitator. At the Center for Integrative Health, Julie offers psychotherapy for adults. She is Co-director and Coordinator of  Community Programs at CIH. She also offers Expressive Arts groups in movement, SoulCollage®, and other modalities.

Each session will offer specific guiding questions and processes for entering the landscape of partswork and
emergent/recurring situations in participants' lives.
Meets online every other Monday evening

Contemplative Dance Practice 
invites embodied awareness of Self, World, and Other,
within a safe container of movement, stillness, solo practice, and shared improvisation. 
​No previous movement or meditation practice is required.
Meets two Wednesday evenings per month
​in the Great Room at CIH
