Julie Püttgen is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor with specializations in Expressive Arts Therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and somatic work. A graduate of Yale University (BA, Studio Art), Georgia State University (MFA, Drawing, Painting & Printmaking), and Goddard College (MA, Clinical Mental Health Counseling), she is also an artist and meditation teacher. Julie facilitates retreats and programs exploring the intersections of Art and Dharma. She is trained in Somatic Experiencing, a body-based trauma-healing modality; and as a SoulCollage® Facilitator. At the Center for Integrative Health, Julie offers Expressive Arts-infused individual psychotherapy for adults and adolescents and facilitates groups (see Events and Classes).
