Spaces Available for Sublease at the Center for Integrative Health
The Center for Integrative Health (CIH) is seeking clinicians/practitioners to bring their practice to our Suite in Hanover, NH. Two opportunities exist:
- primary clinician office
- the Great Room
CIH Site Tour
Opportunity #1:
One of our four main clinician offices is available for an office share. If interested, please contact Dr. Angela Santavicca using the form on her page.
Opportunity #2:
Our Great Room is available for rent, at a cost of $250/day of the week/mo. For example, all the Wednesdays in one given month would be $250. This includes utilities: heat, electricity, internet, and water. The Great Room may also be available to rent for workshops, seminars, or events.
Our space, Suite 200 in the 45 Lyme Road commercial complex, includes a Great Room that is ideally suited for offering group therapy, group supervisions, trainings, retreats, classes, and other community events. The suite includes a staff kitchen. The building is elevator-accessible and offers ample, convenient parking, with plowing in the winter. Its location directly across the street from the former Hanover golf course and adjoining Pine Park offers possibilities for outdoor in-person practice. A small branch of the Hanover Co-op next door offers convenient access to food and drink.
Preferred start date: ASAP
If interested, please contact Julie Püttgen, CIH Co-Director and Coordinator of Community Programs.
